		Zone Presidents submit this form to Missouri District President who will compile list of all upcoming Rallies for distribution at the Board of Directors meeting.
		Zone Archivist - Historians submit this form to the District Archivist - Historian after each Zone rally.
		Zone Presidents complete this form to report information to the Missouri District about completed Rallies, Retreats, etc. The form is submitted to person indicated on the form...one week prior to each Board of Directors meeting.
		Zone Presidents submit this form to Missouri District Administrative Assistant prior to Board of Directors meetings for requests of supplies. These supplies are usually delivered to Zone Presidents at the BOD meetings.
		Zone Presidents and Board of Directors members use this form to inform MO District Administrative Assisstant of travel, meal and lodging needs.
		Submit applications by March 1 (of Missouri District Convention year only) to Zone President, who submits Zone's YWR to District YWR Chairperson.
		Complete this form and submit as indicated on the bottom of the form. Individual Membership in LWML is encouraged in those congregations where no LWML society exists.
		After being accepted into Zone membership, a new society applies to MO District for official recognition with this form.
		Complete this form if you have a decrease or increase in society membership-- to receive more or fewer issues of the QUARTERLY. Zone President sends this to MO District LWML VP of Communications.
